Banana pancakes

Whip up this tasty breakfast treat with just three ingredients.

These are delicious as they are or add a pinch of cinnamon to jazz them up even more.


1 ripe banana

1 egg

1/4 cup quick oats


  1. Mash banana in a small bowl, add the egg and oats and mix to combine

  2. Melt a knob of butter in a large frying pan on low-medium heat

  3. Spoon pancake mixture into frying pan and cook with lid on, flipping when they are golden
