Who doesn't love a chicken nug? They're SO easy to make and freeze well, why wouldn't you make them yourself.
1 chicken breast fillet
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tsp curry powder
Chop chicken into nugget sized pieces
Prepare three plates for dipping: - one with the flour and curry powder mixed together - one with the egg, whisked - one with the breadcrumbs
Dip the pieces of chicken into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumbs. Place them on a plate ready for cooking or pop them in portions in a zip lock bag to freeze.
Cook the nugs in a hot frying pan with a good glug of olive oil for about 2-3 mins per side until golden brown and tender
