Broccoli, pear and pea puree

This delicious puree is a great way to introduce your little one to the goodness of broccoli.


1 head broccoli

1 pear

1/2 cup frozen baby peas


  1. Coarsely chop broccoli florets and peel and chop the stem

  2. Core and coarsely chop pear

  3. Place broccoli and pear into a steamer over boiling water and cook for 10 minutes or until softened

  4. Add peas and cook for a further 5 minutes

  5. Blitz all cooked ingredients with a stick mixer or blender, adding some of the cooking water to achieve desired texture
